About us
The “RAPIĆ” company is a family company, founded in 1990 in Gradiška, as a trading company and one of the first private companies in the territory of the mentioned
municipality. Although at the very beginning of its activity “RAPIĆ” was not oriented towards the agricultural sector, the founders of the company very quickly recognized the potential of the area in which they operated, and directed their attention and efforts in the further development of the company towards one strategic goal – the establishment of a
professional service for agricultural producers of a wider area of Lijevče polje.
Thanks to healthy operations and strategic orientation to agriculture, the “RAPIĆ” company became an importer of mineral fertilizers from the company “Petrokemija” from Kutina, as well as hybrids from the “Zemun Polje” Maize research institute, for the entire area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. From that moment on. more intensive activities of the company in the agricultural sector begin, which will result in the construction of one of the most modern fodder factories in the region.
In the facilities of the “Farmofit” fodder factory, as the basic business unit of the “RAPIĆ” company, the production of ready-made fodder began in April 2011. Just before that, one of the largest floor warehouses for corn in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been the stronghold of the largest number of large and small farmers from the municipalities of Gradiška, Srbac and Laktaši, was put into operation. Thanks to a clear vision of growth and development, “Farmofit” is becoming a recognizable brand on the domestic market and the factory is a leader in the production of quality animal feed, based on domestic raw materials.
Currently, in addition to FSH “Farmofit”, the company also operates PJ “Poljoprivredna apoteka”, which includes professional agricultural inputs and equipment, then PJ “Revita Farms”, a modern beef fattening farm in an intensive system located in Prnjavor, as well as a forwarding agency for its own needs, which has a certificate from the International Federation of Forwarding Associations “FIATA” and a store of paints and varnishes.
During more than thirty years of existence and work, “RAPIĆ” doo has become a synonym for an organization that, in addition to the direct and most important inputs in agricultural production (forage, seeds and mineral fertilizers), provides its users and partners with raw material storage services, regular professional advisory support, organization of cooperative production, transportation services, forwarding, etc.
Due to the mentioned, integral approach in supporting domestic farmers, the “RAPIĆ” company has become a unique group on the domestic and regional agricultural market.
