„Revita Farms“

Business unit “Revita Farms” is a recently built, modern cattle fattening farm. The farm is located in the village of Lišnja, municipality of Prnjavor and consists of several organizational segments, which are logically and efficiently connected in a rounded production system.

The very name of the business unit arose from the desire to preserve our heritage and pay respect to the founders of the “Rapić” company. Namely, the “Farmofit” fodder brand was originally called “Vitamix”. It was the first, own brand of the “Rapic”; company, which was designed and launched on the market by the director at the time, Tihomir Rapić. Over time, “Vitamix” became “Farmofit”, but we have not forgotten the contribution of our predecessors, who worked with the primary goal of reviving agriculture in this region. Moreover, we went on and even more strongly, striving toward the same goal. That is why “Vita“ is in „Revita Farms“. We only added the prefix “Re” in order to further emphasize the aspiration towards an even stronger revitalization, both on the re-established farm and in the entire domestic agricultural sector.

The most important part of the farm is the one related to facilities for housing cattle and the organization of intensive fattening. The capacity of that segment is up to 550 fattening cattle. Fattening animals are imported from respectable European calf breeding centers. In terms of breed structure, the focus is on breeds such as Simmental, Angus and Belgian Blue cattle. Also, the farm has significant capacities for receiving, drying and storing grain, as well as capacities for storing fodder, adequate storage of silage, hay and other elements in animal nutrition. Production activities are carried out on own and leased land, using our own professional mechanization and locally hired workforce.

All activities on the farm are under the supervision of the professional staff of the “Rapić” company, the animals are fed according to very precisely balanced recipes, which are designed for the aforementioned breeds of cattle. The excellent health status of each individual is imperative and rests on professional veterinary care and the principles of a “good host”
